工作内容：Citi Taiwan recruits outstanding young graduates from the top schools in the world to be part of our Management Associate program. The objective of the program is to build a pipeline of leadership talent for Citi. The program will last approximately 12-13 months, and is designed to prepare high potential individuals for senior management roles. Through a series of formal seminars, structured rotations and stretch assignments across different business segments, helping fresh talent develop a strong understanding of our businesses, markets, products, services and culture. Some of our rotationals may include overseas assignment.

具備應徵條件：
Bachelor degree or above
Fluency in English & Mandarin
High standard of integrity

1-2 years working experience is a plus
